What's Known and What's Disputed

Disputed: the point on the map. In the guide's catalog Yaban stood as an approximate point almost a kilometer to the west. Now we use the plus code HXVP+5C3 from the map link in the venue's official card — this is the beach line of the old part of the resort.

Disputed: breakfasts. Breakfasts are on the menu (including “for two” and “for four”), but the hours are not stated. In 2025 the chain wrote that Yaban PUB serves breakfasts from 10:00 to 13:00 on weekends and holidays. For Sea Breeze this is not confirmed.

Disputed: sadj and tempura. They are named by the resort's map, but they are not in the menu as of 16.09.2026.

Not found: reviews, the average bill, WhatsApp, online booking, the number of seats, the program of the 2026 concerts. The chain has no official site.
